I wrote a column about the fun 2017 challenge of a house flip my husband, Nathan and I did of a mid-century modern fixer-upper in our small town of Wishek, North Dakota. You can read the Agweek column here that provides more details to the project. In an upcoming blog post, I will list out the materials and supplies we used from flooring, paint colors, doors, backsplash and countertops. For now, below is a quick look at before and after pictures. It’s now for sale with our local realtors, Salwei Real Estate, waiting for a new family, individual or couple to love it as much as the original owners who built it as a unique mid-century modern home did since 1955.
